Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2, 2026
By using the services of ContractRescue, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you have the right to request support for the wallets, contracts, and assets referenced in your case.
Service Scope
ContractRescue provides technical analysis and execution support for DeFi asset recovery workflows. We do not provide legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, or custodial asset management.
Non-Custodial Principle
Our process is designed around non-custodial execution. Clients remain responsible for custody decisions and final transaction approvals on their own accounts and wallets.
Disclaimer
Our service is technical in nature and does not constitute financial or investment advice. The world of cryptocurrency and smart contracts is inherently risky. While we employ our expertise to attempt recovery, we cannot guarantee success in all cases due to factors beyond our control, such as contract design or network conditions.
No Guarantee of Success
Our "No Success, No Fee" policy means you are not charged a service fee if we are unable to recover your assets. However, this does not imply a guarantee of successful recovery.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to hold ContractRescue harmless for any losses incurred. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for a successful recovery.
Service Terms
Our service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the outcome of recovery attempts.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate wallet addresses, contract addresses, and relevant case history.
- Review risk disclosures and confirm execution decisions before transactions are signed.
- Use only official communication channels listed on Contact.
- Never submit private keys or seed phrases through forms, email, or chat.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, or unauthorized access to third-party assets. We reserve the right to decline or terminate support for suspected abuse.
Fee Structure
Our "No Success, No Fee" policy applies to our service fees only. You may be responsible for blockchain transaction fees (gas costs) regardless of outcome.
Network and Third-Party Costs
Execution may involve third-party tools, bridges, aggregators, RPC providers, or protocol-level actions that introduce variable costs, delays, or failure modes outside our control.
Execution Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that blockchain operations can be affected by mempool conditions, chain congestion, validator behavior, bridge incidents, protocol pauses, and market volatility.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by ContractRescue.
Termination
Either party may stop a case before execution. We may suspend services where required for legal, compliance, operational, or security reasons.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
Dispute Communication
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@contractrescuex.com with relevant case references.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
